How does Cleanout Pilot work?

Cleanout Pilot connects to your business phone number. When you miss a call, our AI voice assistant Mike answers instantly, collects the caller’s job details, and sends you a full lead summary by text or email — so you can call back informed and ready to close.

Do I need to change my phone number?

No. Cleanout Pilot works with your existing number through call forwarding. We can also provide you with a new number if you prefer.

What happens after I make my initial payment?

Once payment is received you will get a questionnaire email asking about your business. Once the questionnaire is complete, your Smart Voice Assistant will be fully configured and live within 24 to 48 hours.

How long does setup take?

Most businesses are live within 24 to 48 hours after your questionnaire is submitted.

What happens if I go over my voice minutes?

Overages are billed at $0.25 per minute for Solo and Crew plans and $0.20 per minute for the Fleet plan. You will receive a notification once your remaining minutes reach 25% of your plan allowance so you’re never caught off guard.

Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade from Solo to Crew or Fleet at any time. Simply contact us at info@cleanoutpilot.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

What areas do you serve?

Cleanout Pilot is a fully remote service and works with junk removal and cleanout companies anywhere in the United States.

Is my Smart Voice Assistant customized for my business?

Yes. Every Smart Voice Assistant is built specifically for your business — including your company name, service area, job types, and pricing range. No two assistants are exactly alike.
